Joys humility, nature, coaching ability and business acumen enable her to gently but firmly push you to acknowledge and confront realisations, behaviours and ambitions that may have not have previously been visible.

I grew as a person during the process of overcoming all the obstacles that continuously presented themselves in my life. I uncovered ways to really look at my wiring in order to rewire my thinking habits. As difficult as it was to do this, it was definitely beneficial and always a work in progress. Joy helped me to speak my truth and accept who I am all the while growing and learning. It was invaluable for me to be able to incorporate spirituality into my program.

I trusted the process enough to really deep dive, we tackled some really personal issues. I uncovered that I am really good at what I do, and that it shows in the responsibility given to me by the executives. I decided what was important and had the support to stick to my guns.
